• Reservations of your beach house for 2025 are open now
• We rent per weekend, midweek or week. In the months July and August only per week
• Hence, we do not rent for a single day or night
• A week is from Friday afternoon 15:00 o'clock until Friday morning 10:00 o'clock
• A midweek is from Monday afternoon 15:00 o'clock until Friday morning 10:00 o'clock
• A weekend is from Friday afternoon 15:00 o'clock until Monday morning 10:00 o'clock
• We rent inclusive of gas, water, electricity, and VAT.
• Exclusive of tourist tax EUR 2,26 p.p. per night, mandatory linen package EUR 15 (complete package with linen, towels, and kitchen items), booking costs EUR 20 and cleaning costs EUR 70
• After completing your reservation, we offer a cancellation insurance. You'll find the link under cancellation insurance in the text box on the left 
• Parking in car parks is EUR 13.50 per day and EUR 35 per week. At the Boulevard from 09:00-21:00 o'clock for EUR 3 per hour
• No smoking and no pets
